What You’ll Receive

Support

You’ll receive practical support to get your professional life in order, and have access to one-on-one time with a counselor. We help you set goals and meet them, one day at a time. After graduation, you can always come back for more.

Training

You’ll receive individual and small group instruction in the trades from a master. You’ll develop skills for time management, task prioritization, handling constructive feedback, dealing with conflict and setting expectations.

Living-Wage Job

After you complete the free 10 week course, we’ll assess your readiness, skills, and passion and connect you to one of our many employer partners. Our graduates make an average of $15 an hour right away.
